Recently I wanted to hire a company to turn our basement in to a Casino party for my husband’s birthday. Tried to get them to come out to visit my site to give me options and could not get anyone to commit. The staff was very unfriendly, lots of attitude and seemed very difficult to work with. They basically lost my business. Even then I told them they lost the business – they did nothing in trying to save my business. When I call and am willing to drop that kind of cash on a party I would expect a little more willingness to help. I realize I am not a large corporate event but both my husband and I are business professionals, living in a very nice neighboorhood and you never know who will be at that party. So I called their competitor, Black Diamond and had an excellent experience. Their staff did an excellent job of planning, delivery and execution of the party. I would not think twice about NOT using Premier but calling Black Diamond for my private or corporate event.

A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!: WE FOUND THIS COMPANY TO MAKE MANY PROMISES THAT THEY SIMPLEY DID NOT KEEP. THEY RUINED OUR ENTIRE CHRISMASS PARTY. BESIDES BEING LATE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND PUSHY THEY OVER CHARGED US FOR MANY EXTRAS WE DID NOT EVEN USE OR KNOW ABOUT. TOM WALLER THEIR REPRESENTITIVE WAS TOTALLY UNREASONABLE AND HARD TO DEAL WITH.
