Recently, well today actually, my computer fan started acting faulty, a result of my negligence of cleaning the computer by way of vacuum cleaner nozzle. After calling the massive money hungry beast that is Geek Squad and receiving no answers of any real substance, I searched for computer repair places in my area. I found this place on Google Maps and decided to call them. They were so upfront with me, especially with the modest price they offered, it was a welcome relief. So take my advice. Don't let yourself be swept up in the money-hungry vacuum cleaner that is Geek Squad, and come to Computrade. You'll be glad you did.
This store is a find! This past week I had problems with my computer and tried to solve the problem myself. I should have gone to these guys first. No biggie though - I didn't like destroy my computer. I took my PC into their shop - they were friendly and curteous. Told me all the costs up front so I wouldn't surprised. I told them my budget (total budget of what I could spend to get it fixed) - they told me if any thing else besides what they thought it was that needed done - they would call me first so I could decide if I wanted it done. Thankfully it was a problem that really wasn't a problem - so they were only going to charge me for their time. But I decided to have them upgrade my RAM on my computer. They did it within minutes. I got my computer back in 2 day's! Not bad. They tell me their normal turn around time is 24 to 72 hours. Really nice when you run a business and need your computer! I want to recommend this shop to everyone! They deserve to get more business! Once you have these guys help you - you won't go any where else!
