Incredible service - I purchased a VERY pricey handbag and the strap thread was coming out. I took it to Gahanna Shoe Repair and it was an inexpensive fix. You can't even tell it was repaired! The threading is an exact match and they even reinforced it! I am now taking my shoes to them in order to have them professionally stretched!
