Very very professional operation - I narrowed my choice to BMW and Lexus - very informative salesperson, not pushy - understood my needs, and i was very pleased with the deal - My friend john referred me to Kelly and I am glad he did!

Avoid the service department!!!! These guys should spend a morning at the Lexus dealer down the street to learn how to properly handle service. You drive up to the door and rarely has someone been there to open the door. So you get out of your vehicle walk inside and guess who to speak with - then the run around game begins. No return calls, no committments honored, a lousy waiting area in a hallway, a car wash service that can take over an hour and you still get a wash my 10 year old can deliver, no detailing inside or out, and if your lucky to get a loaner (good luck) you have to fill it with gas upon return??? I got my car back once and when I got home, I found the technician's tools in the back. I could go on and on just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Youll be happier.

Go Else where: I have a 2005 3 Series and The sales person did not give me a good deal he lied about pricing compared to the 06 3. Second problem I had is with the service I went in and because I am young or whatever they did not treat me very hospitable, My car was making funny nosies and a little sluggish and almost did not start the morning before so I took it in for servie a oil change etc and the service deparment was not happy that I did not have a appt I arrived at 7:45 and needed a shuttle or a Loaner the service agent did not want to give me a loaner for his own reasons, and wanted to make me late by putting me on a shuttle with other people they had to take to different parts of the city that did not leave until 8:30 I had to me a work at nine so after demading to leave they brought me to work. It is not the standard of service that I expect from a "BMW" Dealership!!
