   Horrible...Have been going to this office many times -NEVER any problems until we got dr ricciardo. LONG wait. She is rude, talks down, arrogant to you and did not correctly diagnose what was wrong with my kid. Got info wrong off chart,too. I think she is only a medical fellow. Won't go back to her ever.

   I was referred to this place by a lady at work. She has a special needs child and the doctors really have gone the extra mile to get him the proper care and diagnoses's. She couldn't say enough good things about this place so I started going there when my son was born 5 years ago. Dr. Banks came to check out my son in the hospital. He sat a few minutes to talk to me and helped me feel comfortable going to his practice. My son has been seeing Dr. Hersey for check-ups. Dr. Hersey is very nice and takes the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all of my questions. One time my insurance was messed up and they were denying coverage. They told me I wouldn't have to pay for the visit, just my co-pay, just go ahead and get things straightened out with the insurance company and give them a call. I got the insurance problem fixed and called them back and they said they'd go ahead and submit the bill to the insurance company....no hassles about payment. When I have had to get medical forms filled out for my son I drop them off at the desk and they have always put it in the mail the same day or the next day. They have never charged me to fill out forms like some doctors do. In my 5 years of taking my son to this practice I have never had any problems. I really like this place and can't think of anything bad. I have referred friends and coworkers and have never heard anything bad back from their experiences.

   We bring our children to Northwest Peds. and we love the practice. We are able to get in same day for sick appiontments, and they work around my schedule. The Doctors are great! The staff is professional and very polite. I would recommend them to anyone too.. Dr. Banks brought a bunny in a hat into the room to help calm my child fears, and it worked!! it was great!! It shows the Dr. care!!! I love it and we will be back until my kids are too old to come there!

   I'm sorry,but this is the experience of just one person;If you want to know more about Northwest Peds. Read the other comments too, so you can have a better idea; I haven't had a good experience with this place (doctors and billing department), be careful where you take your kids and inform yourself better.
