    Customer Service is never there or just plain rude; so are there drivers! Not enough buses and No extended hours. The buses run late. They had their issue pass on the balot last November 2006. Yes the web site actually works and looks nice & Yes the staff gets paid w/benifits they fought over & Yes they extended the Phone Customer Service Hours, but it takes for ever or they never pick up!! But why are they saving money for a whole new system, when they can maintain the one they have now? It sounds like the coin investment that they did with the Workers Comp money. If you look at our sister cities, we are a joke compaired to them. Now with the high gas prices and people looking into other means of transportation, when car pool isn't an option... where is COTA? Rude, Never on time, Not enough buses and No late hours???!!!
