   No help, rude manager, false advertising: Dick's rarely has anyone to help on the floor, and the ones that are around don't know much. They advertise specials and say they ended days ago and don't care to honor them. According to the manager, "That ended hours ago. You're welcome to get in line again and return everything you bought," when asked about the sign in the front of the store saying they give a $20 gift card with $150 purchase. The line that he was referring to was about 25 people deep. Needless to say, I will go back only to return.
