Not honest! I was bullied into a different selling price than originally agreed upon (only $50, but it's the principle). We had them install a 9" DVD player and a center console and received an 8.5" DVD player and a console half the size we were shown. Not happy!

A -5 stars, they needed to repair my car 7 times in a row 2 of the times the mechanic had to be stranded to understand he DID not fix it, Then they still put 1/2 the repair on my bill.NEVER go to them for WORK THEY ARE BAD. They also reccomended we just patch up or tires on a 2008 Highlander, Latter from MR.Tire and 2 other non Toyota tire shops we found out, if we did that our drive would have gone out. ALl they care about is chain effects get you in and "repair" but set you up for another needed repair. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH ANYTHING UNDER YOU HOOD THEY S U C K !

I bought my corolla from Toyota West and could not have been happier with my service.

I never felt taken advantage of and was offered more for my trade than i was anywhere else.

I recommend Toyota West to anyone in the market for a new Toyota.
