Awful customer service: My experience at O'tools pub was awful. We were there Sat Jan the 14th and I will never step foot in that hell hole ever again, the min. we entered the pub we had a black bouncer all over us, not wanting our ID's, wanting a date. We told him no and moved on in the door,as we sat down and looked around for someone to take our order we spotted a waitress w/ long ( shoulder lenghth ) brown hair waiting on customers, we tried to get her attention to no prevail..as she waited on customers around us we went to the bar and ordered our own drinks, thru the night this was the routine, as we ordered and had our drinks our table became full of empty bottles( as there was 3 ladies and 2 guys ) at the time we walked out the door was when we had no room left on the table and the waitress just walked around us w/ out stopping to say a word to us.We asked the manager what the problem was and why we were being treated like this by this person ( whom we never had met ) and his response was maybe she thinks she knew us from somewhere ( what kind of a excuse is that to treat your customers like that???) because maybe she knew us from somewhere.....so my suggestion is not to go to this establishment if you think this girl might know you from somewhere!!!!!!!!!
