I once met my brother from Florida, my brother in law from Kentucky, my friend from Seattle at Whiteys. We all met at Whiteys, ate breakfast and went home! Is it that good? We think it is!

Wow what a meal. I have been all over the country an I have never in my life had a meal like I did at Whiteys. For the price an portions you can't go wrong. I had an Sausage egg an cheese breakfast sandwich an home fries with sausage gravy an it was a 5 star. The staff at Whitey's was so friendly an Mark (owner) was smart ass. He was awesome at the grill an never missed a beat talking to everyone that came in to eat. So if you ever get into Fremont Ohio I woulf higly recomend to stop in for breakfast or lunch.

If you are ever in Fremont and enjoy good "diner" food, you MUST eat at Whitey's! I grew up in Fremont and can tell you that you will not find a better place to eat a good "home cooked" breakfast. If you are a health food nut, this is not your kind of place, but if you appreciate the kind of food that you can only find at a true Diner, you will love it. I can remember waiting in line on Sunday mornings for an hour to get a table, and never being sorry that we waited. When I am back in town for a visit you can bet that I make it a point to wait in that line! One of the funniest memories I have of Whitey's was several years ago when I was in town on business with a co-worker and I took her there for breakfast. She ordered Hot cakes and Sausage. When Cindy brought it out to the table the sausage was floating in grease on the plate, my coworker commented about it, and Cindy without missing a beat said "oh don't worry honey that isn't grease it's sausage juice." My co-worker later commented to me when we were back on the road the she would be taking her family on a road trip soon to Whitey's for breakfast, it was the best she had ever had. It's just that kind of place
