User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe folks at Genoa Jewelers are very nice, however I took an antique ring there for repairs and an appraisal...it took longer than expected for the ring to be finished, when I picked it up the repairs weren't done or at least not correctly and they promised the appraisal in the mail...because it wasn't completed either, 2 wks later I had to call regarding the appraisal. I may utilize them for a new jewelry purchase but I'd never go back for repairs.
