I purchased my 2005 Pacifica from Terry Henricks in 2007 and the sales dept. manager was the easiest person that I have ever dealt with. They didn't bicker dollars and pretend to have to talk to someone else like so many others do. They were great! HOWEVER, the service department is a whole different story. They are rude and act like they are going out of their way to help you. My vehicle was burning oil at 44,000 miles and it was like torcher to get them to care. They finally fixed it after days of having it. Around a year later it's doing it again and I'm getting the same attitude. They don't believe that the oil is getting changed (just like the original problem) and act like it is painful to go back to Chrysler to get if taken care of. I rate the sales a 5 and the service a 1 (and that's being generous!)
