User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI was very dissappointed in the service at this cleaners. They kept getting my order confused. They have a language barrier. It was very hard to communicate with them. They raised prices on services and you have to be very careful about what they write. The receipt had multiple scribbles on it becasue they kepts changing their mind on how they wanted to bill it.
Furthermore, they didn't honor their own coupon. They were very unprofessional.
one thing they did was honor their time commitment and returned clothes in timely manner.
However, I would not recommend this cleaner because the service was poor and people were very unprofessional.
