User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMy wife and I have tried Vitos twice since they opened a store by us. Each time it's been because of a free pizza coupon. Very generous of vito's but the quality and taste of the pizza was below average.Very under cooked the first time so the next time we asked for well done. A little better maybe but about the same taste
as a cheap frozen pzza. At work last week they bought us Vito's pizza for lunch and it tasted basically like warm doughy bread with cheese. I'can't see myself ever buying a Vitos pizza. Very
disapointing. My suggestion? Spend more money and effort on quality and less on advertising.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsOut of state visitors. Chose Vito's because of the Toledo Pizza Challenge and online reviews. The delivery to the hotel was 18 min.(30-40min promised)
We always evaluate a new place with a large double pepperoni, double cheese. The thin crust was fantastic. The sauce was a little sweet, but good. The toppings were too light. If it were not double toppings, it would still be light next to others. Locals agreed with our choice and also recommended Gino's.

Hello, I am a manager at a Vito's Pizza in a different area. I do apologize for your less than expected quality of vito's. I urge you to contact corporate office and explain the exact nature of your complaint.(they will probably offer you another coupon) As an employee I can assure you that mistakes do happen through of course no fault to you. Vitos orders some of the highest quality food available to us. In your opinion, what is a better pizza place that you have tried for similar cost ??
