User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have never had a bad experience at Reliance my wife and I use them for home delivery of Propane, And we have purcheased a Weber grill very pleasant sales staff and will continue to use there service.

Expensive and rude customer service: Went there to fill a small propane tank. I prepaid $16 for the fill up of a whole tank. They told me I was already half full of propane and they would not give a refund for the amount they did not give me. They said I should have filled up then paid for the gas - who knew. Ottawa Lake CO-Op charges 10.80 for the same fill up on small tanks of propane. I will not shop Reliance again! Ever!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsVery Rude customer service: Very rude customer service, slow delivery they make you wait a week to full your tank up with the oil if you have a small tank so you get to freeze until they feel like delivering. I was told by customer service "They do not make a profit with small tanks so you have to wait til they are in the area"
