User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI would not recomend this dealer for anything we bought a 2002 ford it has electrical problems 120 point inspection yeah right,They say the pay you a dollar a mile to get there which they don't..They never return calls or e-mails

Yark is NOT a good place to buy a car from. I bought an alero from them. At first it was running good, but then it started breaking down. I spent like 1500 (for two years) to fix the car. my advice DON'T BUY YOUR CAR FROM THIS PLACE !

The great thing about buying extended warranties at Yark is that those warranties cover everything, EXCEPT what happens to be broken when you take the vehicle in. The service staff is actually friendly. The problem is when you call to make the appoint - "Yep, that's covered," when you show up for the appointment, "Yep. that's covered," but once the vehicle is in pieces its "Oops, we forgot to tell you that our warranty doesn't cover what ever happens to be broken right now." Worst overall experience I've ever had at a dealer, from getting the original sale paperwork done through the only time I even came in for maintenance. Now matter how bad anyone else is, they can't be worse than Yark.... don't buy a car there and for pete's sake don't ever go there for service.
