User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsi bought a clean up crew of snails and hermit crabs yesterday, and found that one of the snails they gave me was dead. i tried to exchange it today and they gave me the business about how there are no returns on saltwater fish.
i mean, it's a $2 snail, and you gave me a dead one. i was really surprised they gave me such a hassle about it.
oh, and i saw two dead fish in their tanks. makes you wonder...
