User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsA friend of mine at work told me about how great Phils was, And in my head I was thinking why go there when we have a Red Lobster just up the road? We took our wives there one weekend and let me tell you that my living room may well be bigger than the seating area but the food was fantastic! I have gone back since and I highly recommend the Lobster, Scallops, Steak, Lobster Stuffed Mushrooms, And the Shrimp (These are the only things I have tried there). Get there early or you'll be waiting but it is definately worth it.

I heard about this place from some people I go to college with so i thought I would check it out. The food was bland and they were running the sweeper while i was there with a date

Eating at Phil's is like eating at the beach, without the travel. Living in Vienna,WV (about an hour and fifteen minute drive), Phil's is our favorite place to eat. Our daughters' and son-in-laws' too. We make excuses to go! The scallops, shrimp, clams and oysters ar ALL wonderful. My wife and I had our anniversary dinner there last Saturday, and are going back this Saturday.
