User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMake up your mind!: We have been having soooo much trouble w/the people working there! We were told one thing over the phone and when we went in to speak to someone, we were told that the person on the phone should not have told us this information and that the process for the plates (we're from Texas) is different and that we were "in a bind" as they put it. The people there were NOT helpful at all and basically told us "Too bad, so sad."
