im 30 and never had to work out a day in my life. but after 2 kids i decided to give it a try.the workers are amazing.i didnt even know how to turn the threadmill on! lol they will show you what exercise you can do for your troubled areas.you feel they really care!glad i decided to go here!

Small, family-like atmosphere: I love the "famliness" of this place. Yes, it's small, but that's what I like about it. They know my name when I come in, remember my child and go out of their way to help you on machines or to encourage you to do your best. The ladies who work here sincerely care about your health (the ones that work days at least, havent' had same experience at night). I just wish they were open later on the weekends and on Sundays, but I guess they need time off too. :) You can get unlimited childcare which beats "Curves" any day for me and they are also building a whole new building that is supposedly going to be huge and bright, unlike their current location. Supposed to open June, 2006. You won't be disappointed in this place - we LOVE IT!!!
