No refunds for remaining balances, lost cards, malfunctioning machinery, or stopping the washer in case of emergency. Odd prices like $2.46 for washes and $0.69 to dry ensure that your card will likely never have a zero balance. This laundry center nickle and dimes it's customers to death, that is unless you can't produce your laundry card. Then they're stealing the precious dollars that you have put on the card. Don't be duped by the shiny washers and flat screen televisions. They probably maintain those amenities with the money they keep from the unpaid balances. Money they took for a service they don't always provide. How else would a laundry center be the hulking giant of Liberty Plaza in Toledo.
