User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI would'nt tell my worse enemy to go to bill tice. I took my van there payed 315. dollars to get it fixed brought my own parts and it's still broke down with the same thing that was wrong with it to begin with. I took it to another mech. and the same old power steering pump was still on it. THANKS FOR A WHOLE LOTTA NOTHING!!!

I have been taking my car to Bill Tice Services for over 20 years and have had nothing but excellent service. I find it hard to believe you had such a bad experience. I would have to wonder if there was a miscommunication along the way.
