I just took an outfit to Evans dry Cleaners. Previous to taking this outfit to the Cleaners-I wore it less than 2 weeks ago; everything was fine with the fit of the outfit. I Had it Dry Cleaned & the paints shrunk in the legs. I took it back, asked the owner what happened, she looked at me & walked around the counter and proceeded to say that it wasn't what she did to the pants but that I was too big for the pants. I am confident that I did NOT gain weight in the weeks since having worn this outfit. What concerns me is that Evans Dry Cleaners would hire someone with such complete disregard for customer service and respect. My experience today was disappointing and sad. Disappointing in the lack of customer service. Sad because I took great offense to this woman's lack of professional judgement. Have a Great Day! Regards, Shirley Balcomb
