User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe bought our pool 18 years ago from Jerry and I find them to always be very helpful . The folks whom have worked there for a number of years know their stuff. When Olivers in Wintersville was telling me one thing and charging me $$$ Quaker said bull crap you don't need all that and I didn't! Jerry and his crew put in a new liner 3 years ago and while they were putting it in one guy noticed a slight scratch in the liner plastic. They called me to come see it and even though they had a half days work involved and water on the way they suggested they pull it back out and return it to the company, even though it might never be a problem. I actually had a hard time seeing the flaw. 4 days later they returned and put in the new liner.Could have easily installed the first one and hope it didn't cause a problem but they didn't that shows me I'm dealing with a business whom cares about it's customers. I highly recommend Jerry and his staff at Quaker Pool and Spa. Rick
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsOk, how about that I had never owned a pool, and went to them for advice, they did a water analysis for me, told me what chemicals I needed, which was $60, I put these in my pool, the exact way they told me, and within minutes, my pool water looked like brown sewer water!! Nice way to spend $60 that I really couldn't afford to begin with. That was yesturday. I am on my way back there today, to see if they will remedy the problem, or refund the money I spent.

Great to deal with!: Quaker is a great business to deal with. We didn't purchase our pool there, but they still are very helpful & courteous whenever we have any questions. They don't try to PUSH products on you that you don't really need and their prices are very competitive too! Would recommend highly!
