Great store, but bad customer service.

I purchased 11 items and spent close to $200. Had one item that had two prices on it and the owner would not honor the lower price.

They had two of the item and she was upset that I was purchasing the one that was in the box instead of the display model.

Very bad customer service experience.

What a disappointment to be treated that way as a known first-time customer. Guess they have enough business that they don't need me or my references.

I know they have been around for a long time, but treating new customers like they treated me will not keep them in business.

My children were raised on toys from Deluxe Toys & Hobby- and their childhood was brighter because of it. This locally owned store has the all the best toys. They are fun, sturdy, timeless and have educational value. The owners are wonderful, an old fashioned shopping experience...going to a store where they know your name and always ask to help you. There are items in this store that you will find in no other stores, very exotic selection. Now we get our fix with nieces and nephews while waiting for the grandchildren to start in a few years, really.... just an excuse for us to go because there are many games and fun items for adults as well. Everyone should go to Deluxe!

Great store. Great family atmosphere. Great customer service. Great layaway program better than any other in the area. Low down payment and pay as you like as long as it is paid by date picked up. Will hold until 23rd of Dec. Amazing!!!!! I like the fact that they remember me by my name. I love the fact that I am spending my money in a local business. They have things no other toy store has. You have to check it out!!!!
