    I have never heard of having to confirm an appointment. I arrived at Dr. Sweringen's office 25 minuets early and was turned down for my daughter's tooth cleaning. I was told they put someone else in her slot. After telling the Dr. I drove all the way from Bloomingdale, and missed 3 hours of work. I still did not receive service. The Dr. even told me to seek a dentist in Smithfield! I think this is very bad business!

    My husband has been going Dr. Swearingen since he was little, and he really likes the dentist. Due to him gettting layed off from his job we had to apply for the medical card,when we called to reschedule an appointment one of his staff members was extremely rude to him. It's a shame that such a good dentist is blind to the ignorance of his staff, or at least one certain person. Therefore I rate him a 5 but that one staff member a 1 since zero isn't an option!!!!
