    After a girls softball game I made reservations at Old Town Pizza. I told the owners I had about 25 customers;knowing that the location is small. I was told it should not be a problem around 8:00pm because it was not busy at that time. I went ahead and asked them to make up 3 of their biggest Pizza's. When we arrived we were ready to celebrate. We were told by the owner that we could not be seated and needed to go to the park; it was getting dark and cold. The male owner came out and kicked my window after I chose to leave feeling that I would not be able to get the service I was promised. Small children were in the car crying because they were scared of the short little man with big feet. The owners of old Town Pizza called the Police, that they feed for free in the small town of Amherst, and had my husband and I come and pay for the pizza's we never even ate. I share this story with every person I meet, and never would recommend Old Town Pizza to anyone due to their POOR customer service. What a shame. Justine Kaurich

    Old Town is good. However their service isnt always take out wise. Theyve fumbled my familys take out orders quite a bit lately. Another downside is they could be a tad cheaper on some menu items. They do have a great dine in salad bar and generally great food. Just a few things they could tighten up. Maybe they should upgrade to some technology to keep organized as i notice they handwrite everything. lol

    By far the best pizza in town. Every item on the menu is wonderful including a very well done salad bar. Not to mention, they have Great Lakes beer!
