User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsUlitmate Appearance stylists are very well educated. We go to New York City and Chicago often to Wella studios for our education. We have in salon education atleast once a month. We specialize in color. Our services include color, cut, perms, waxing (M/F), nails (manicure, pedicures, artifical nails), make-up. We give complimentary scalp massages to our clients that will not be receiving a chemical service that day. We are not a cut throat salon and enjoy our other in salon stylists talents and suggestions. We confirm our clients appointments the day before. We also offer many discounts. Once a years we give away a 5 day cruise for 2 to the client that sends in the most new clientelle. To give us a try call us at 1-440-992-7733!!

I also agree with Spud, I enjoy getting my hair done here. I also really enjoy the company of Mariella, she is so polite and cute that it makes the whole experience worth it. I was kind of upset when I found out the girls would not be in from Monday to Wed. due to there Trip to the Windy City. O well if I know Janey Beth they are probably having a "fabulous" time in Chicago. See ya girls soon!

I'ts been a couple of years since I've been there. The girls were all really friendly but the young lady sent to dry and style my hair after all the processes (color cut condition )didnt know how to style curly-she dried my hair with a blow dryer and freaked when I said I didn't want her to use a straightening Iron- She claimed that was all she knew to do. I had to leave with my hair in a ponytail. I'ts a good thing straight hair is in but if you are curly and like it- Don't go there.
