User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsParent be ware! Very disappointed with the EMH facility in Avon, OH. I enrolled my kids in the swimming program. The instructors do not pay close attention to the kids they are more busy chatting about their personal lifes than teaching the kids the skills you are paying for. The supervisor Mary Devenich awful it took her seven weeks to return my call to find out if one of her instructors could do private lessons. She's rarely there watching how her instructors perform. There's no follow-up to see how your kids are doing. Very disappointed. Parent be ware!

Has kept me a member for 6 years: What a terrific staff. From front desk to management to the super knowledgable fitness staff, it is undeniably the finest fitness center I've ever found. Well worth the price. It is a value. Just recently added a whole new area with tons of new equipment.

Being a member of the EMH fitness center for over 3 years, I have always found the staff very helpful, very dedicated, and overall - very professional. My only guess is that for someone to complain like love99 is that she probubly dropped her kids off and expected a babysitting service, and was not satisfied that her kids were given special treatment over the other kids by the staff. It's a great place, top notch staff and facilities.
