User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThey should replace it: We stopped at the drive thru at this location and the manager was working the window. We spent almost $40.00 because we have a large family of hungry boys. The guy was not at all friendly, seemed very put out that he was even working, did not smile at all, did not offer any napkins or sauce, and when we asked for sauce, he gave us about 8 little packs to go with our $40.00 worth of food. When I asked for some more, he lied and said he put a bunch in one of the other bags. So I looked and when I told him it wasn't there, he begrudgingly gave 8 more. I tried to call to have them replace it, but their phone number is actually a fax line and we got no answer. I am going up there to have it replaced in person. When we got the actual food home, it was poorly put together and there wasn't hardly any toppings on the things we asked for, not to mention they forgot several items. Why didn't I go back that night? Well, I had just gotten off a 9 hour shift, was ill, and looking for the convinience of someone else fixing dinner. Let's see how accomodating they are about replacing their shotty product.

Went inside this particular Taco Bell and after looking at the floor where the workers are fixing the food, I almost called the health department due to all the filth scattered across the floor. I decided not to eat there that day. I've used the take-out window a couple of times but the food is sparsely and sloppily put together. Not a good experience there. I won't go back.
