User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI called around when looking for a new groomers for my two dogs! The young woman that answered the phone was very polite and took the time to answer all my questions. Barking Barbers ended up being the most affordable of the places that I called and the results were the best that I had seen. They listened to what I wanted and did just that! When dropping the dogs off they listened to the medical conditions of one of my dogs and ensured me that if there was a problem they would contact me immediatly. I am awaiting a call from them to schedule their next grooming appts and plan on using them from now on!!!! GREAT GROUP OF GIRLS....(sorry if there are guys there, I have only encountered the girls) :0)

This place has been very wonderful for me and my Odin. He always, leaves not wanting to go. Not to mention smelling nicely too!!!

My friend took her super cute Maltese puppy there.. and they gave it a chop shop job instead of making her cuter..The groomer shaved her practically completely which is not what they asked for and cut her facial hair to look like a schnauzer.. a boy schnauzer :-( and they said they did this because the dogs fur was matted and then charged twelve dollars extra , when I know for a fact that the dog's fur was not matted because my mom had combed her the night before with no problem. I would never take my dog there, I feel that my friend was ripped off and taken advantage of. I could have done a better trim job.. at least mine would have been even.. and I could have done that for free. :-( SO a word to the wise.. stay away from the butchers.. er,... I mean barbers that bark if you want to save more than your money.. like your dogs vanity.

i do not know who this person is, but if we were like how they said ,i don't think i would be in business for 29 yrs, i value my customers very much. we would never just shave a customers dog without explaining why , and get there ok. maltese hair is very easily knotted and hard to keep up with, some people think there dog is brushed, but the hair closest to the skin is knotted and the owner does not know this, we show them, so that they understand,i had to write this to protect my hard and caring employees and also the business that i have worked very hard at and love. thanks for reading. lana
