User Rating: 5 out of 5 stars99 is GREAT! I've had a lot of clam chowder, but 99's is THE BEST! Popcorn is offered before the meal instead of rolls...mmm...interesting the first time you go there, but it would be nice to be offered a choice between the two. They are definitely different than other places around. The waiters and waitresses offer wonderful service, many with a great sense of humor, too!
