User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThey are crooks...watch your meter readings on your bills! When you try to conserve they claim something is wrong with your meter and replace it so they can bill you at an estimated rate of "prior usage". (obviously prior to your conserving. When they read your meter wrong you still have to pay the inflated rate and then wait for your meter to catch up because they can't change the meter reading they enter into their system. Curiously, this occurs every year when they set their prices. If the next quarter they will have lower prices...you betcha they will misread your meter while the rate is still high so they can charge you more.
