User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI had heard nothing but good about this place so i decided to finally try it after living in wellington for about a year. (i have family that works at east of chicago so i usually ordered there). big mistake! i really don't know what all the rave was about. and it's not because i just don't have a taste for homemade pizza. i usually prefer mom and pop shops. it wasn't really what i call bad...it was just tasteless. the only thing i could really taste was the pepperoni and mushrooms. i even got extra cheese and i still couldn't taste the cheese. they put tons of it on, but with no flavor. i hear they use provolone cheese. well, that kind of cheese usually has a very strong, distinct flavor. but not the kind they use. it must be cheap cheese. through all the praise i also heard they make thier own dough and sauce. well, i wouldn't tell people that if i were them. the crust and sauce had no flavor at all. maybe it was just old or something. i do have to say that the pepperoni and the mushrooms were awesome though. and the place was so dirty when i went to pick up my pizza, i really didn't know if i even wanted to eat my pizza when i got home. the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in a month and the woman that waited on me looked dirty. overall, it was an OK pizza for the money. but i think i will spend a couple bucks more next time and go back to east of chicago.
