The sales team here is the only thing ok about this place.
The service dept. here defines the phrase "over promise and under deliver."
I have had the misfortune of dealing with them twice over 2 different instances to the same brand new car. It's a shame that the sales team has to suffer due to negligence of their service dept, because I will never deal with this dealership again. Not to mention encouraging everyone I talk to take my advice and do the same. When you look for any loop hole to find a way to void the warranty on service to a new car, you are bound to lose future business. In this case mine. -

Went a few months ago Dealt with a guy named Lee, knew what he was doing. My duaghter went in and leased a van from the same guy and no complaints at all. The stores been there for years. Great management Guy named Jeff really got us each a deal.

I purchased my truck from here and the staff is great. Randy our sales rep was honest and nice too. The service department has always demonstrated sound advice and repairs. I checked other dealerships with the Dodge brand and can tell you that this dealership was more than fair on costs. Next time you need service, call around and you will find, they don't take you over the barrel.
