User Rating: 1 out of 5 starswhat customer service??: There's nothing like waiting in line patiently...and then having a customer 4 people behind ask for a movie you're were interested in getting and the clerk hands it to them over the counter....AND...it's the last copy available!!!!
Why don't you save yourself the expense of sales associates and make the store SELF-SERVE??
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI would never go back for the inconvenience.: This store has a habit of calling you and indicating that you are late on your video rental when you have in fact returned days ago. We found our video on the rack ready to be rented out again. What a joke that place is.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsVery Good: BlockBuster has great games, movies and other items to sell. Though the prices are a little too high and some stores are messy. But, other than that I thank BlockBuster for being Better than HollyWood Video!
