User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI made a reservation for 20 people at this restaurant for my wedding rehearsal dinner. They told us they would hold the Willoughby room for us for our party. The night of the rehearsal we were running 25 minutes later than expected but assumed we would be fine since we called that morning to confirm we were still coming. When we got there we found out they had already seated 20 people in the room in our place since we weren't there. When i called and spoke to the owner the following Tuesday he apologized but said we should have called to let them know we were still coming. WE WERE WALKING DOWN THE AISLE IN A CHURCH!!! He also said that he didnt even start seating people until 9 p.m. (but we arrived at 08:50 and the room was already full). In my opinion these people are liars - if there is something important going on in your life, dont depend on them to come through for you. Even if they promise to "hold" a room for your event, dont count on it or you will be sorry!!

This is the best burger restaurant in Ohio. I highly recommend Burgers and Beer to anyone. I really enjoyed my meal. I will definitely go back there.
