Poor service: Buffalo Wild Wings has been our favorite place for many years (10 or more years) We only go to the Mentor location even when they were located around E 306 . This past year the service has been terrible in getting the food. We waited on 1/27/07 for the food for almost an hour and the wings were very small. We complained to the manager about getting our food and he stateds a burner is down. We have been hearing this same story for the past year. Another time we this summer we ordered a drink and the blender was broke. We always went about once a month on a Saturday. A few times this year we went on a Friday and noticed the poor waiting time for getting food and thought it might be Friday help but now this is starting up on Saturday's too, I am very disappointed in the service. I can see a long wait if they were crowded and a special event was playing i.e. football, basketball but that was not the case. Please ge our favorite place back in good working order.
