User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis store has slowly gone down hill in the last few years. The people they have working there just don't seem to care and more or less ignore you. And the kids that work in Geek Squad are the worst! I brought in my laptop when a key popped off and they wanted to charge me $250! I went to a guy down the street and he put it back on in 5 minutes and didn't charge me. I had recently purchased an ipod from there and was having issues with it. I felt I was okay considering I had just had it over a month and bought the warranty. Yeah right! Had to stand in the geek squad line only to have the kid tell me that he could give me a refurbished one. I don't think so. I didn't spend that muuch $$$ for a used ipod. Finally had to get a manager who gave me a new one. I won't be buying anything more expensive items from Best Buy.

The store is terrible...glad you had a good one. I think good experiences are far and few.
