I have been there three times in the past year. The staff is nice and the wine list is extensive, however I have yet to eat what I call a good meal. That goes for everyone who has dined w/me. Johnny's other location on Fulton is consistently excellent while this location is consistently bad especially for the price. What gives Johnny?
Go to Lolas or One Walnut if you need to dine downtown.
You might get a meal cheap at a franchise restaurant but it will not be as good. The ingredients are fresh, staff is wonderful, and the wine list is spectacular. This place is great to take that special someone for a night on the town.
I eat out quite a bit and frequent many restaurants in the area and this was by far the most over hyped piece of **** in Cleveland. I could of got the same meal at Macaroni Grill for a quarter of the price.
One plus is the staff was nice, but that is it.
Don't be fooled with all allure of upscale New York. It is not.
DO NOT EAT HERE.
