Dina's Pizza & Pub-The Filling

I have been an employee for 15yrs. and I can assure YOU that Dina goes above and beyond to give great food, great service and great fun---as does her staff!!!! We have the best "loyal customers" Ever!!! And when we get "new" customers we trip over ourselves to ensure that a good time has been had and good food has been served!!!! That is what you call GOOD SERVICE!!! :) I am not saying that we r perfect, but we do try !!! And we really "appreciate" our" regular customers" as well as our "new customers"!!!! If you order ahead and use the drive thru there is about 60% or better chance they will FORGET to give you all the food you just paid for and then YOU can drive all the way back and sit in the line again to get the rest of your order! This happened to me SOOOO many times it is not funny.The other night we ordered food to go about $30 worth and I paid,She handed out 2 small bags....I asked her," are you sure when I open these bags I will find all the sandwiches AND the salads too? The girl looked around as I was pulling away and she said...Oh I forgot a bag...I then started to look in them to make sure it was all there and guess what....she forgot to hand me another bag that I PAID FOR! They just do NOT seem to care here about the customer and where else can you order 4 Burgers w/Frys and Blts w/FRYS and not receive 1 single CATSUP packet or any salt and when you ask them for salt and catsup,they say...It SHOULD be in there....Guess what it has NEVER been in "THERE" for the 3 years I have been going here for the people I work with at lunch.....I NEVER ONCE GOT A PACK OF CATSUP OR SALT EVEN WITH A $50 to $75 order of burgers and FRYS and half the time when you come out and ASK for it,They say it SHOULD BE IN THERE and it NEVER has been in the bags and even after you beg for some they RATION you out a FEW packets that must be SHARED between 5 or 10 hungry people back at work because they can not even give you 2 packs or so PER sandwich w/fries....You must SHARE a single pack with a co-worker because even though you ASKED for extra condiments they may have rationed out 4 or 5 packs to strech out over 5 0r 6 burgers all with side orders of french frys! I say do NOT be so CHEAP and give the customers what they ASK for and even if the customer FORGETS to ask...throw a few packets of condiments in when the guy spends $30 or $50 and most of all people working the drive through...I know your cell phone texting is VERY IMPORTANT but PLEASE TRY TO PAY BETTER ATTENTION TO SEE WHAT GOES INTO WHOS BAGS AND MAKE SURE PEOPEL GET THE FOOD THEY ORDER AND PAY FOR AND YOU PUT IT INTO A BAG AND HAND IT INTO THEM IN THEIR CAR....VERY EASY CONCEPT RIGHT? There are wayyyy to many OTHER places to eat in the neighborhood all fighting for your business to keep going back to dinas for the SAME problems to happen week after week...WAKE UP PEOPLE get with the program at the Dina's Drive Through and one more thought sur eto make your blood pressure go up...how many times do you call in your big food order only to hear," Thank you for calling Dina's can you please hold" and with out an answer from you,You get put on HOLD for 4,5,10 Minutes abd still get crummy service and cold food. Hmmmm maybe it IS time to SWITCH to a NEW place for us.
