If you have ordered tickets at the Student discount, each ticket ordered must be used by a current student under the age of 25. Student tickets will be held at the ticket office and must be picked up BY THE STUDENT UNDER 25 (with student AND age I.D.s ) beginning 1 hour prior to performance. Accessible Seating: Wheelchair seating is available in all performance spaces. Please inform the ticket office when ordering tickets. Wireless FM Hearing Devices for the hearing impaired are available free-of-charge at the coat check. Large print programs for the visually impaired are available at the coat check. Audio-Description occurs once for each production. Please contact the Ticket Office for specific dates. General Rules: Ticket Exchanges If you are unable to attend your scheduled performance of one of our productions, you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production. It is now easier than ever to exchange. Just give the ticket office a call with your tickets in hand. See the instructions below or on the back of your tickets: Exchanges are accepted until one hour before the date and time on your tickets. To ensure adjacent seating with other theatre-goers in your group, exchanges must be submitted together. Exchanges received separately will be seated as close together as possible. If exchanging to a higher-priced performance, the full difference in cost is due at the time of the exchange. Refunds are NOT given for exchanges into a lesser-priced performance. For non-subscribers, a $5.00 per ticket exchange fee will be charged and is payable at the time of the exchange. You will need to have your tickets handy at the time of the call, as the ticket service agent will be asking you for the bar code number of each ticket that needs to be exchanged. Lost Ticket Replacement On the date of your scheduled performance, if your tickets are misplaced, call the Box Office at (216) 795-7000 ext. 4, and request replacements. A duplicate set of tickets will be waiting for you at the Box Office at no additional charge. Late Seating Patrons who arrive late for performances will need to wait until an appropriate break in the performance and then may be seated in alternate seats. After intermission, patrons may be reseated in their ticketed seat location. Appropriate seating for latecomers is at the sole discretion of the director of each production and the House Manager. Due to the nature of live theatre, we reserve the right to change venues, shows, performers, dates, times, and pricing. Emergency Contact As a courtesy to the actors and other audience members, please turn off your watch alarm, beeper, and cell phone, or set them to a non-audible mode. Any patron who may need to be contacted should leave his/her name, theatre, and seat location, as well as our telephone number (216) 795-7000, ext. 0 with the babysitter or answering service. Inclement Weather The Cleveland Play House does not cancel or reschedule performances or offer refunds due to inclement weather. Children Rules: Children under the age of 5 years are not admitted in our theatres. Miscellaneous: You are welcome to try our new restaurant, Stages at The Cleveland Play House, which is open for every performance. More information can be found at www.stagesrestaurant.com. Dress Code The Cleveland Play House does not have an official dress code. We recommend business casual to dressy. Refreshments For most performances, snack bar, beverage and cocktail service is available beginning one hour prior to the performance and during intermission. For added convenience, order and pay for your intermission drinks before the show. Your drinks will then be ready for you at the break. Beverages and snacks are intended for the lobby areas and not permitted in the theatres. |
