    Behind the Times: I agree with previous review. There is no answering machine or voicemail providing information. Also, when I was ordering Christmas wreaths, they had no way to tell me if wreaths had already been purchased for particular graves. They apparently have no computer tracking system. Not real helpful.

    Brooklyn Heights Cemetery: I don't care for this business because when you call them, they don't have voicemail when they're closed! Telling you the hours of business & cemetary hours! They really need to get with the times & do this out of the courtesy & respect of their clients! Thank you!
