Great Salads: I am trying to lose weight and eat healthier and it's not always easy! Lots of high calorie fast food places to eat in my neighborhood! However there is Subway! Thank goodness! Subway comes to my rescue many times when I don't feel like cooking. I can go there and have a good, healthy and low calorie meal for under $7.00 and in these days thats not bad!

Besides that it's walking distance so I get a little exercise as well! I really like the grilled chicken salad and I usually get a Pink Lemon-aid with it. What I like is I can have all the yummy veggies I want on my salad such as black olives, fresh spinche leaves, tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions. All their veggies are fresh and look great too.

So if you're ever in the neighborhood and feeling like a great salad stop on by! The people who work there are pretty cool and nice too so that always makes it nicer to visit! Keep doing what you're doing Subway and thanks for all the yummy salad stuff! OH yeah they just remodeled so it really looks nice in there too!
