I took my daughter to the urgent care last night before 10:00 p.m. because she had a nose bleed that lasted over 1 hr. and was bringing up clots. I put ice pack on her neck & had her put pressure on nose. It had subsided by the time we got there but wanted them to see if they could determine the cause. AT after 5:00 a.m. this morning she STILL had not been seen!! They saw people that came in way after we got there. Also two people came in covered in blood and still bleeding profusely and they stuck them out with everyone else. Is that really proper procedure with blood dripping from their wounds??? They spent all this money to revamp the ER and the service is now none existing. I know we better not get a bill!!!!

Okay, it's not the cleanest place and I was there for 8 hours, but patience really comes in handy. The actual doctor that saw me was very knowledgeable and kind. The nurses seemed very busy, and I saw at least 5 different people who do different things. The woman who did my ultrasound was nice; although, she complained that the staff brought me in without a full bladder. (I didn't know I wasn't supposed to go beforehand. Someone should have told me that.) BUT they found what was wrong after only 2 tests! My favorite doctor followed up with the next day and he has a happy spirit which makes me feel that everything will be okay.
