Cleveland's Number One Pho offers a traditional Vietnamese menu in a classy, downtown decor. The pho varieties available on the menu include several beef options, such as Pho Tai Nam with rare beef and brisket, or chicken in the Pho Ga. Vegetarian soups include Canh rau Cai, a vegetable soup. Vietnamese entrees, are also available, such as Bun Xao Chay, a vegetable stir-fry, or Com tam Suon bi Cha, porkchop on broken rice. - Marjorie Jensen |

This restaurant is a sister restaurant of Saigon Cleveland on E. 4th. The food is equally excellent; however, i prefer Saigon Cleveland better because of the setting and the asmosphere there. I think Saigon Cleveland targets at a higher-end clientele.
disgusting. i almost threw up. i love pho but #1 pho has the nastiest pho i have ever had. disgusting
We love going to this restaurant!!! ... I think they got one of the best Vietnamese foods we had so far ... the place is clean and we love their Spicy chicken which I personally order all the time ... and you guys have to try their fish or pork in a claypot --- they are phenominal ... I would highly recommend this place any time ... although they should try to add more in their menu coz it does get alot boring to see the same items over and over again otherwise, they are one of the best there is!
