in my opinion this is one of the best places to eat in the cleveland area. not so much for the atmosphere, but the food is really good and you get alot of it for pretty cheap.

Looks can be deceiving: This neighborhood bar is anything but a hub-for-pub-grub joint. Yes, there's the standard pub food available, but the daily specials, including a choice of 3 homemade soups and some 15 entrees, including fresh seafood, distinguishes this place. Their grilled meatloaf is a consistent winner, too.

The quality of the food and service belie the setting: the interior hasn't been renovated or even updated in years, adding to the neighborhood bar feel to the place. It's a very family oriented place, too, often uncharacteristic of bars.

The servers are really efficient, though smiles, bar-style flirting and small-talk are hard to encounter amongst the staff. It seems you never have to ask for a refill for your beverage.

Go for it, if you haven't already. There's something for everyone here. It won't disappoint you.
