| About: | Benihana is a national teppanyaki chain with over a dozen locations in the nation, but only one in Cleveland. Teppanyaki is a style of Japanese cooking and dining, involving a large iron grill upon which meats and vegetables are fried. Teppanyaki chefs are also known for their theatrics and style, performing tricks for the customers. The menu includes well-known Japanese fare, such as Terayaki Chicken and sushi, as well as Benihana specialties like Benihana Delight with chicken and shrimp, or Texas Imperial, a hibachi chateaubriand steak with lobster tail. User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsDefinetely a great place for a date. Food was excellent and service was outstanding. But I think they can be more generous with the food amount. Its newly remodeled. It isnt like the BeniHanna in San Francisco, but pretty darn close..
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starswhy did you change the lunch menu?: My friend took me to benihana's for the first time i thouht it was the best resturant in the world. Still is, except i'll only go for dinner now. They changed the menu it's just not the same not even close . I used to go there at least 6 times a month. The last time i went was on my birthday back in april i was pumpeded because i was with all my friends. But when i seen that menu i was like whats going on? It's a great place but if you liked the lunch menu as much as i did. You might just want to wait for dinner!!

FUN, but food okay: I thought Benihaha was a great experence and really fun! The food was just too buttery and wasn't so great.
