User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsZen Salon is the best! My hair is course, frizzy and overall difficult to manage, but Rob can work wonders like no one else! The salon itself is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly, without the haughty attitude you may experience at other salons. The prices are fair, and you certainly get more than what you pay for. I have several friends who are also clients at Zen, and they are all very satisfied as well. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants to look great!

The salon is excellent, great stylists and estheticians. The new location is awesome! The only downfall is the pan handlers and/or drug addicts that hang around the area wanting money when you enter or leave the salon. The Cleveland police really need to step it up in the area.
