User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsNice, affordable accomodations. Clean with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Also in great part of Downtown Cleveland. Only complaint is that the room was very noisy throughout stay. During day there was construction and drilling 4 floors up, at night the vents would rattle in the walls when they came on and could hear cell phone users from floor below me. Friendly staff but do not recommend breakfast in the Pimento lounge. Not worth the money.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsGood location, service: We go to Cleveland a couple times every year. This was our first stay at the Crowne Plaza and wouldn't hesitate to go back. It is in an ideal location. Jacobs field, Cleveland Browns stadium, and other nightlife is all withing walking distance. The 18th floor room was clean and spacious. Staff was courteous and made it very easy to check in/ out and park. Nice place.

Cleveland Crowne Plaza: Older hotel that is beginning to show some signs of wear. However, the location is tops within easy walking distance of Brown's stadium and Jacobs Field as well as Rock & Roll Museum and Science center. Help is friendly and prices (I got my reservation through Hotwire) were very competitive. Parking is high ($18 for self park and $20 for valet) but view from 19th floor is GREAT. I would stay again.
